My name is Aashi :) I came in to get my hair colored, Tina was exceptional, very patient, very kind and did a great job on my hair. Neha, was so kind hearted as well, they took their time with my hair, and made sure I was satisfied with the color. I would highly recommend Tina, she's a great hair stylist, she educated me on the entire procedure.

I had Japanese permanent straightening today. I am really satisfied with the result. Also, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I will definitely recommend to visit this place. The prices are very reasonable, infact, cheaper than most of the salons.

I got permanent hair straightening done today and my experience was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and hardworking.
I am really not sure why there are some negative comments as it was super busy today and everyone was happy with the results especially hair color.

Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had.
I was told the service would cost $200, but when it came time to pay, they charged me $320 with no clear explanation. That alone would’ve been bad enough, but the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

My appointment was supposed to take 2 hours — it ended up taking 4 hours with two people working on my hair the whole time. They were constantly distracted, talking on the phone while doing my hair, which is not only unprofessional but also made me feel like I wasn’t a priority at all.

To make things worse, my hair came out dry, frizzy, and nothing like what I expected. It honestly looks worse than before. When I tried to express my concerns, they were dismissive and clearly didn’t care because I didn’t speak their language. The lack of basic customer service was shocking.

I left the salon frustrated, overcharged, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or hair.

Very unprofessional. They damaged my hair. I got highlights which were very uneven and brassy and when I requested them to fix it, they refused to do so. They used a very cheap keratin cream which damaged my hair. There are many hidden charges. Total waste of money and time.I feel that my hair was much better before getting the keratin from them.
