Fjallraven Banff

I bought a pair of walking trousers here and accidentally left them behind in a bakery in Banff, I called the shop and they were incredibly helpful in assisting me to regain the lost trousers. One of the workers, Will, was especially helpful and went out of his way to help me sort it. A testament to the team.

So we had an issue with their POS system. It crashed mid approval. So we ran it again, the charge did end showing twice on my card. These folks handled this so well. It made me thankful for retail customer service, experiences like this don’t happen much anymore. Well done Will.

The nicest salespeople ever. Very well organized. So many choices. It will be hard to leave without buying something. Very cool Swedish outdoor clothing in so many unique colors!!!!

Disappointment!
Me and my friend were excited walking in to the store (there was no customers at that time). Greeted by the girl at the register. That was a guy salesman and didn’t even acknowledge our existence. We browse around the whole store and never being asked if we have any questions or concerns. Couple minutes later, old white couples just walked in and being asked by the salesman if they have any questions.
Before that happened, the salesman was following behind us the whole time and remained silent.
The difference between the old couple and me and my friend (Asian) is totally big change. I felt neglected. I was so disappointed even I was about to ask for the price the bag that I like. This makes me so sad then I just left the store.
