Got my nails done at queen nails in Leduc (the black) asked for a simple flower design and after 40 mins of trying Queen nails couldn’t do the design shown, leaving the nail salon defeated I was angry and upset. Called Fiona’s and she stayed late to accommodate me and draw this design took her less than 5 mins leaving happy and a returning customer for life. Highly recommend Fiona and her team.

Fiona's saved me from a nail disaster! I went to a different nail salon that gave me a botched gel set. They were hard to talk to and hurried me through the service. Turns out they were mixing powders and rushed everything. So I went to Fiona's to get it all removed. The staff were very kind in taking me as a late appointment. They educated me on their process and regular gel nail processes. Great service!

Been going to Fiona for 3 years, and she is the most patient, most understanding, most sweetest woman ever! She always puts up with my cow nail ideas every time and always gets spot on and does an incredible job! Fiona does better than the picture! Always patient, takes her time and always have great conversations:) always clean and always professional and gets me in last minute (because I tend to book last minute, and she always squeezes me in) thanks for being the best Fiona ❤️ highly recommend Vicki to do your lashes, she does the most absolute amazing job!

My pedicure turned out fine but the overall experience was not great by any means, won’t be back. My tub water was cold (I appreciate all 3 tubs were ready upon arrival for myself and the 2 family members I also had an appointment for), the place was visibly dirty and a number of the customers coming in were rude to the workers. A weird vibe for sure, did not feel spa like at all and the lack of cleanliness was a major red flag. It doesn’t take long to tidy up after yourself as you’re moving stations and they didn’t.. yuck

Just came home from Fiona's Nails and Spa and without a doubt one of the worst manicures and nail salon experiences I can remember. I arrived on time for my 4:45 appointment to find 3 aestheticians working on 4 people- clearly overbooked. Next a lady with a 5 pm appointment showed up and sat to wait. Then another woman came in and was barely acknowledged- she waited for a few minutes and then left. The 5 pm appointment was taken to the pedicure bath while I continued to wait. at 5:12, I was finally taken to a very dirty station to commence my manicure. The woman was rough, rushed and sloppy. In her extreme haste, she slapped the file against my fingers to shape my nails, jabbed me underneath my nail with the cuticle cutter at one point and then seemed annoyed that I pulled back in pain. I had come from the garden so some of my nails had some dirt underneath and I left with many of those nails still having dirt underneath (I had to clean them myself when I got home). How hard is it to clean underneath one's nails? She clearly needed to get my manicure over with so she could attend to the 5 pm appointment who was still sitting at the pedicure station waiting for her pedicure. TERRIBLE MANICURE- TERRIBLE SERVICE- WILL NEVER RETURN.
