This has been my go to bead supply store for over 7 years, I absolutely love it. Salima and Asima are always amazing, patient and helpful. There is always new materials or inspirational beading samples throughout the store.

I just read your response, you accused me of having a trend of leaving bad reviews… I have many reviews were I’ve given 5 stars, those business have gone above and beyond in their services and their products. I use google maps to simplify my options, so I am looking for truthful reviews from other users, and I as well try to be as honest, helpful and as fair as possible.
When I walked into your store no one acknowledged me, there were 2 people working there. When I asked for help the lady asked me to wait, the other one didn’t even care, and after 10 mins I had to ask again. I spent a lot of time picking some products and when I got to the register, the lady checking me out told me that most of the stuff I picked was not included in the sale, so I didn’t buy everything I picked.
I payed cash for my purchase and I’m uploading the pic of the receipt and the picture with the chain, which was supposed to be gold in color (original price of $8 per meter (-50%)) but some areas look gold some copper so I’m not even able to use for what I need. Also I didn’t get the full 4 meters I payed for, the lady gave me the chain cut in two pieces one shorter than the other, one measuring 177 cm the other one measuring 204 cm. My mistake for trusting the lady and not checking at the store. She cut it and put it in a plastic bag so I thought it was all good.

Came to this store to buy some stones etc. I been making jewelry as a hobby for a long time and never been to this store. I came as they had an add in their website for 50% off.
The store is of good size but most of their stock was not of good quality IMO. Ladies working there were not very helpful. Most of the things I bought were not included on the sale. Very very disappointed with my purchase. The chain I bought it was expensive and of extremely low quality (it is tarnishing and I haven’t even used it). I have bought better quality materials online and for 1/4 of the price.
