I've been a loyal customer of Fariha Beauty for three years now, but my recent haircut experience left me deeply disappointed. Despite showing a reference picture of a simple layered cut, the stylist delivered something completely different—a boxy haircut that I did not want. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of rectifying the issue, she continued to chop my hair, making the situation worse.To add to the frustration, she refused to properly blow dry my hair, citing cost concerns. As a result, I left the salon with damp hair and tears in my eyes. This experience was not only upsetting but also a waste of time and money.I cannot in good conscience recommend Fariha Beauty to anyone after this disappointing experience. If a stylist is unsure of how to fulfill a client's request, it's better to decline rather than risk ruining someone's special occasion or self-confidence.
