Couldnt edit my previous review so here’s another one!
Update: After my review they called me the next day to fix it, to which I was apprehensive but agreed since I was so unhappy with the work prior. It took them 2 and a half hours just to refile which says something about the service in itself. They use the same nail file on everyone for people that don’t know you are required by health and safety laws to give each customer their own file for hygienic reasons. Said I wanted the texture of Rose the owners nails who were well filed and thin not her design. She instantly rolled her eyes at me… made a dig which was disturbing and said that I couldn’t afford her nails. Refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. They really wanted me to take this review down, as the pictures of their work (they know it) are honest. I like Noon though she is very sweet, very nice nail lady, I would see Noon if she worked at another salon anytime.
The owner cares more about her google reviews than her customer satisfaction and customer payments. If I pay $70 I want to be happy with my experience and excited to come back but I had blocks attached to my nail bed. Which she said she couldn’t see.. If they genuinely cared about my experience as a customer they would be honest. Didn’t apologize. The only reason they fixed it is because I wrote this. When I came in as per their request (I was just going to go to my regular nail lady Cindy at Chinook Cindy Nails and show her the work and get her to fix it) but was met with we can fix it if you take down your review. Told me my nails cost $70 due to my toes which didn’t even get polished or pedicured so they just make stuff up lol
All I can say about this place. I could care a less about the review now as she asked me during the entire two hour file job to remove it like 8-12 times… as it was hurting her business… Gave me some cherry design that matched my waterbottle. Even though I didn’t want their design just regular polish and a refund. Took a picture of them as well to prove they did a good job which was like okay.. I’m not particularly picky about nails either. Go here if you want extremely thick bubbly nails completed in a rush! If you say you don’t want blocks they have no idea what you’re trying to get across, even if you say you want acrylic they will pretend they didn’t hear you and apply solar gel so they can charge you $35 more. The texture of the nails I received today should have been the ones I received and were done yesterday. Bottom line.
If it takes you two and a half hours to file down nails, they’re too thick! Came in at 12:30 didn’t get out of there until 2:45.
Rose, please consider customers. Before you say I chose an intricate design please remember that the pink flowers are from your demo acrylics on the nails behind you!!! As your future customers can see!
I understand my review is long but it was a mess lol please look at this future customers as a highlight not to come here. Go somewhere else anywhere else just not here !
