Fairmont Spa

Truly a relaxing experience with staff looking after every aspect of the appointment. The booking staff at the front Desk was very accommodating and tried to give us the timeslot we wanted. The mineral pool and the hot and cold pools were very relaxing. And all other amenities were very well maintained. There is an outside sitting area for some fresh air even or to read a book. The massage was also great with very attentive therapists that would cater to your specific needs and treatment requirements. Definitely something you would enjoy

My wife and I visited Fairmont Spa today. We were truly impressed by the exceptional service and serene atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, professional, warm, and attentive throughout our entire experience.
We booked a massage and spa treatment and couldn’t have asked for more. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the facilities are top-notch. The mineral waterfalls, sauna, and Jacuzzis are spotless and beautifully maintained, with three different temperature options to suit everyone’s preference. We spent over three hours enjoying the indoor and outdoor areas, which felt like a true escape.
Another great perk: your parking is fully validated, making the visit even more convenient. Honestly, you don’t need to prepare or bring anything, just book your treatment and show up ready to unwind.

It is highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to a world-class spa experience in one of the most breathtaking locations in Canada.

I had the most wonderful pedicure. The massage chairs were great, and I had a heated neck pillow. Erica was so gentle and precise. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. After my service I was brought to the lounge to enjoy a little snack and take in the views. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience ? thank you!

My friend and I booked massages and enjoyed the spa facilities. My massage was very good but unfortunately my friend’s was very poor. We very much enjoyed the multiple pools and the sauna, as well as the coffee and snacks in the relaxation room. The women’s change room was dated but well stocked and tidy. The overall experience was good, but we much preferred both the ambiance and exceptional massage at the Lake Louise Fairmont Spa.

The massage was not good. The massage therapist was very jerky & rough with her movements. It reminded me of the massage you get during a pedicure. She also missed an entire muscle group. And I added on the hot oil scalp treatment - she was so insanely rough with the ends of my hair that it was an absolute rats nest trying to comb out. There was also no hot towel to end the scalp treatment. Was not a luxurious experience. The spa itself was….fine….i guess. A bit dated. The outdoor hot tub was broken so there were no jets. Inside the main spa area wasn’t the cleanest. Towels & robes left everywhere. There were also cups of what looked like smoothies tipped over under the loungers. They say that spa access is included with your service. It’s not. I was charged $40 ish CAD for the spa access on top of the massage. I asked them to validate my parking pass for my time there. They dud, however when it was time to exit, the machine had me pay $60. I had to go to the hotel front desk and ask them to remedy the situation, which they did. The women’s changing area wasn’t the cleanest, again towels strewn all over.
