I am lucky enough to be a customer for many years. The owner, Jack Howey, is wonderful with customer service, and truly appreciates and cares about the clientele and his staff. Donna is superlative with hairstyling, and a great person to get feedback from. Everything is kept private. The salon is very clean and tidy, and prices are totally reasonable. There is also a good selection of hair products to purchase. My daughter also goes here and the replenishing colour Donna does for her is marvelous to see. Other staff members do excellent work as well. You are made to feel like family here. I would never in a million years go elsewhere because this salon must be, in my opinion, one of the very best in Calgary.

Knowledgeable staff, good service and good value. Family business. Jack, the owner is great too. I have had my hair done professionally here by likely 4 or 5 stylists. All well trained and pleasant. The only downside is the decor is outdated and feels ‘old fashioned’ but that means to me the value is spent on staff wages and client care.

I'm very happy with Esthetica. It's also my favorite hair salon in Calgary. Jack the owner is very friendly and accommodating with booking me in. Samantha, a big thank you, you always makes my hair look great.

She’s young but has so much experience already.
She knows all the modern trends and really caters to your needs ! My whole family family sees her and they also love her.
And if your favorite part about getting your hair done is the scalp massage.. I suggest booking an olaplex treatment. The product is AMAZING plus she gives the best scalp massages I’ve ever had.

Expect surprises after reaching on time on your appointment day... They can reschedule your appointment without any reason from 8th Jan to 30th Jan... ? Wondering how they got 5 ***** ?
