I saw Dr. Andrea Clarke for a Free 10 minute Meet and Greet. She has the most lovely energy and she is an exceptional listener. I shared a lot of information in a short period of time, and she was incredibly attentive, kind, and compassionate.

Her main focus was not ensuring that I become her patient, but that I become connected with the right practitioners for my current concerns; as well as providing me information and resources that were extremely useful for me.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrea. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and thorough. I’m incredibly thankful for her expertise and exceptional bedside manner.

Noel is an incredible massage therapist, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about his work. He takes time to understand what your body needs and always makes you feel like you're in good hands. He goes above and beyond in his sessions and is constantly learning and sharing new insights to help with recovery and overall wellness. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Essense Wellness Marda Loop for a long time because it has always been my comfort zone. Despite living far away, I chose this location because of the amazing care from Flobia at the front desk and Dr. Madhi. I always felt welcomed, cared for, and valued as a patient.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new front desk person, Zeena, has completely changed that. Zeena is not approachable at all — her tone of voice is demeaning, cold, and dismissive. Instead of feeling like a valued client, I was made to feel like I didn’t belong. She spoke to me in a way that was embarrassing, even in front of other patients. It felt insulting and humiliating.

This experience turned what used to be my safe, trusted place into a nightmare. It’s heartbreaking because this location used to feel like a second home, but with the way Zeena treated me, I no longer feel welcome or respected.

Sadly, I won't be coming back to this location. No matter how good the practitioners are, it's not worth being treated like you’re nobody.
