Marisa has been an absolute game-changer in my race prep journey! ??‍♀️? Her strength and conditioning training gave me exactly the foundation I needed—not only physically, but mentally too. I’ve been going to this gym for more than two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facilities are clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating.

I also started to try Yoga for the first time in my life. Kim’s yoga classes are a highlight — she brings such great energy and truly cares about every one of her yogis. Her sessions are the perfect mix of challenging and restorative, and I always leave feeling stronger and happier!

I also train with Magnus, and he’s an outstanding personal trainer. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and knows exactly how to push me in a way that feels both effective and sustainable. I’ve seen real progress since we started working together.

The yoga instructors at the Edgemont club are phenomenal. They each possess an immense amount of knowledge and skill while providing a judgment free environment for individuals to learn.

The front desk staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

This paired with the numerous amenities that the club has to offer makes it a great place to workout, swim, play racket ball, etc. Additionally, the restaurant on premise, Selia, serves delicious food that is entirely gluten free.

I would highly recommend the Edgemont club.

Great facility with all the amenities you would want at a fitness centre. Staff are helpful and responsive. Initially wanted a female personal trainer when I first signed up, but with scheduling landed on Magnus. He has been exceptional at tailoring our training plan to meet my fitness goals. Very professional and knowledgeable about muscle mechanics. I wanted an evidence-based, physiological approach (as opposed to fit-fluencer workouts) to fitness and he has been able meet that expectation thus far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EA to those looking for a great place to improve their fitness

Great amenities and excellent staff. We really like the gym equipment and change rooms. We have been going to this gym for almost a year.

However, we have had ongoing issues with the app that is used to book classes and childminding. This appears to be a low priority for management. I have brought it up to several staff and they do not have the support from leadership to provide an actual solution (besides me going to their backend software company, which I don’t believe is my job as the software company’s client’s client).

I emailed management two weeks ago with a screen recording and lengthy message, and management has not responded. I just emailed again today as it’s 1AM and I cannot book open spots for the 8:40AM childminding session even though our accounts are in good standing, which is shown in another screen recording.

Our family (2 adult gold memberships and 2 kids club memberships) spend hundreds of dollars at club with our memberships and restaurant purchases every month. If we cannot book childminding due to issues with the app, we simply cannot go to the gym as parents of two kids under 4 years old who need supervision. There have been several instances where we were not able to go because the app was buggy and then the kids club spots filled before it started working again.

We enjoy the club but as a young family, the value is beginning to diminish. It is a shame as the front desk staff, maintenance people, and trainers are so kind.
