I went to Eden for the first time and i am so grateful even at the last minute appointment i got Dina as my hair colour stylist. She did such a beautiful job. I got my hair toner and root touch up done. Usually people color my roots so dark but she chose a perfect color that complimented my highlights. I am so happy and grateful ☺️

This establishment services males and females. I am a male and was fortunate to be able to have my hair cut here. The service was superb. My instructions were followed to a T. The finally was having a straight razor finish and a hot towel wipe. I wish that I could use this shop as my permanent barber shop. Sadly, we travel full time and I don't expect to be back in the area for the next three years.

I went to Eden for the first time and was very impressed with Jessica. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and spent the time getting my cut perfect. I will be back!

I booked my 4YO and 7YO girls for a haircut for the same time with two different stylists. At the last moment, I received a text that the appointments were changed to consecutive appointments with one stylist without my consent or agreement. I had to call to confirm the schedule and wasn't provided an explanation on the change. During the appointment, Jessica and Dina gave my girls a very nice cut and added some curls at the end, which made them so happy! We were very happy with the hair overall. When it came time to pay, I was charged something different than what was on the website's price list. I told them I booked a kid's cut under 5YO and a kid's cut under 12YO, but she said they only have boys' cuts and girls' cuts on their checkout system. The owner needs to be aware of this discrepancy!

I have been going there since last couple of years but my last experience was awful. This last October when surrey was flooded i made an appointment and still made it there in that flood instead of no show. Which clearly means how much i needed that appointment but i was just 15 min late because of the flood and when i reached the workers there said we can only do either hair wash before cut or blow dry after cut coz they said they have other appointments. I requested if they can plz accommodate its not that late i really needed this wash and cut since i was travelling next morning. But they did not agree and asked me to cancel appointment if i do not agree to them and unfortunately thats why i did as they left me with no other option. This was not the service i expected i was so devastated with that experience. I would never go there now. If there was an option for no star i would do that for that experience.
