I really have a nice experience with Deep touch beauty salon. Staff is so skilled and professional and in terms of beauty you cannot compromise, I always choose this beauty salon whether it’s for my hair services or other beauty services. Recently I had my hair nanoplasty from this salon and the results are awesome. I always feel great to visit here as they deliver consistent and high quality results.

The treatment was good, but there was no communication throughout. Since it was my first time at this place, I would have appreciated some communication in the process. Not knowing what to expect, especially with my eyes closed, made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

“I had a very disappointing experience here. My haircut was rushed and uneven, and the stylist didn’t even wet my hair properly before cutting. I tried to express my concerns, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service or respectful customer care.”

The staff is good and kind but the owner RAMAN has NO RESPECT for regular clients and was very RUDE.
I have being going there for full family from 6 years and never said questioned anything about offers . Whatever price they ask I will pay but on Mother’s day they said wash cut and style is 55 which is anyways 55 on website also so there was no extra offer .I coloured my hair also so did a wash before that but she was double charging me for wash. So before colour she was taking a Wash charge and also including washing hair charges in wash cut style package.
Its a very simple math , if u r including washing charges in color , minus it from the package of wash cut hair.She is saying its different services , i have to blow dry twice ,finally reduced 5$ , but VERY RUDELY , i will not do again.
I have never said anything to her 5$ or 10$ is nothing to me but its about fairness and having respect to clients.
DONT GO .. Even after years u are NoT treated well: There are 1000 parlours in Brampton who maintain Goodwill.
