I’ve had nothing but great things so far around 2 months of being at the gym. Classes have a wide variety of workouts, I’m always able to get a class, the coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and overall the people are great. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into CrossFit or working out in general!

CrossFit Sunalta is the best place to go for a good workout and get a good sweat going. The facility, the equipment and the coaches are all top notch and the workouts will make you push yourself to your very best. I’ve been going to CrossFit for 7yrs and I wouldn’t trade my membership for anything. You’ll get the best experience great exercising and if you are new to the gym no worries the coaches and members will help you and give the best tips from their own experience. If you’re ever in town or making a quick trip check out CrossFit Sunalta Calgary and have yourself a fun and awesome time ?????

CrossFit Sunalta is hands-down one of the best boxes in Calgary. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always prioritize proper form and safety. The programming is well-balanced with a good mix of strength, conditioning, and skill work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid CrossFit gym in the city!

I was completely new to CrossFit and had been curious for a while. I was initially intimidated about trying a class, but I decided to take the dive. I was relieved to find the atmosphere extremely welcoming and friendly, not just from coaches but from fellow members. Big shout out to coach Greg from whom I’ve learned so much from about proper form and managing intensity. It’s been really fun learning new skills and lifts from him that I never thought I could do. Thank you coaches Greg, Lise, and Calder for making my CrossFit experience so fulfilling.

I decided to start CrossFit to improve my mental health, and from the very beginning, I was amazed by how supportive the CrossFit Sunalta team is. It's truly a community where everyone encourages you to do your best and move your body. Whether you're an expert or a beginner, whether you're fit or just starting out, you'll always receive support to complete the workout. Sometimes it's tough to push through, but once you do, you feel incredibly proud of yourself! The coaches pay close attention to the small details, helping you improve every day. Going to CrossFit Sunalta has definitely become one of the highlights of my day.
