Sydney is a very skilled massage therapist with a strong understanding of physiology. She was able to ease the flare-up of my long-term shoulder injury, and with her corrective exercises and cues I was able to start repatterning and correcting the movements which had caused it in the first place.

Sydney was easy to book with and accommodating to discussing areas I wanted to work on. She was really knowledgeable and able to incorporate different types of massage to meet my needs. I really appreciated how she used a trauma informed approach as not all massage therapists are as gentle and aware. Very kind person, highly recommend!
