Core Level Athletics

Our classes with Amanda and Claudio have really improved my posture, strength, and fitness level, allowing me to also make improvements in the other athletic activities I participate in. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for help in achieving any of their fitness goals. Although you will work hard, you will feel amazing after each session! They are both very professional. Yet fun and enjoyable to work with.

I am soon to be 50 years old - I have seen personal trainers in the past, yet Claudio far surpasses any past experiences I have had. 10 months after regularly seeing Claudio, I am stronger & as we enter into the summer season I notice I am having to buy smaller sizes for my clothes and that was an unplanned wonderful result! My fitness goals were to get back on track, become stronger & do the best I can to keep my aging body from losing muscle! Training with Claudio is fun - he pushes me to do more, yet always mindful of my particular issues. His workouts are creative, he makes me laugh (and swear at him on occasion!) and I am seeing great results. Just book some training sessions with him - your mind & body will thank you!

Claudio and Amanda are amazing. I've always had terrible experiences at big gyms so I was looking for a trainer that would listen to my concerns and chronic health issues, and then work with me to overcome them. Claudio is unlike any trainer I've ever worked with before and listens to me when I say my specific exercises are aggravating old sports injuries. That said, he also doesn't let me get away with slacking off and every single session I've had with him has left me feeling great. This is how working out should be. It only took 4 sessions before, on my non-workout nights, that I felt that I needed to go and workout! I have NEVER had that before. I also get some intense muscle tightness in my shoulder, Claudio is skilled in some type of stretching (which I can't remember the name), this stretching, mid-session, has helped me loosen up and continue the workout as well as relieve pain that I normally experience every single day.

I also did pilates with Amanda. Her one on one training and keen eye helped me understand how my body is working/functioning and what areas I need to work on. What I like is that Amanda and Claudio compare notes as well so that they can put together a unique plan for their clients. It's unbelievably rewarding to see my progress with Claudio reflected in the pilates sessions with Amanda.

Claudio has been my personal trainer since September 2017 and the results have been amazing! Claudio is very knowledgeable, motivating, caring, fun, and very good at tailoring each session to what's best individually. He will even do a few minutes of myofascial release on the painful areas. I have experienced significant improvements in core strength and other muscle groups, posture, mobility, and energy levels. The chronic pain in my back, neck, and knees has been greatly reduced. Thank you Claudio!

Claudio is the best money I ever spent. We have been working out for 6 months with Claudio. Both me and my wife are in the best shape of our lives. Having a PT is a very efficient way of exercising, and it is great that someone else is keeping track of your progress for you. I definitely recommend it.
