Cindy Nails

I’ve been going to Cindy Nails regularly for the past 2 years and they never disappoint! Recently got this set done by Cindy herself and she put so much thought and detail into it. Came out amazing! Everyone here is so talented and kind. Always super helpful and will always put in the effort to give you your desired outcome! Definitely recommend getting your nails done here!! ?

Service was amazing and I got easily the nicest set of acrylic nails I’ve ever had. She really too the time to make sure the length and shape of each nail was consistent. I’m looking forward to coming back for my acrylic fill!

Best salon in Calgary! I’ve been coming to this salon since they opened, and no matter what I get done, I’m never disappointed. The ladies are so kind and do such an excellent job at keeping the salon nice and clean. I also get my lashes done here and they’re stunning! This is my go-to and I honestly don’t trust anyone else with my nails. I got matching nails done this afternoon with my sister and they turned out perfect.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 7 years as a very loyal client—always on time, and most of the time, even a bit early. Cindy does my nails and Kristine does my lashes. Cindy is amazing, she always listens to me and makes sure I’m happy with my nails every single time.

This time, I had an appointment with Kristine and was really excited since it was for a very special occasion. I arrived on time, even after biking a long distance to get there. As soon as I walked in without a greeting or any welcome—she immediately asked if I had a bike lock and told me I couldn’t bring the bike inside the salon. I had placed it in a small corner where it wasn’t bothering anyone. The tires were clean, and it’s an expensive bike, so I was nervous about leaving it outside, especially considering how things are these days. There wasn’t even a secure spot nearby to lock it.

That day, I wasn’t feeling well, I had a fever and was very sick, but I still made the effort to show up on time. The way she spoke to me felt very rude and dismissive, and I didn’t feel valued as a client who has been coming here for so many years.

I completely understand the salon’s rules, but there’s always a better way to communicate with people. You never know what someone might be going through. Kristine does beautiful lash work, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Maybe in the future, I’ll come back to see Cindy for my nails and to say hi to Charlie, the sweet little dog who’s usually there. I’ll definitely miss him

Not impressed. My first time there and I was so excited due to other reviews. I requested Cindy when I booked my appointment. When I went in, she sat me down and said Cindy would be doing my nails. Then another girl did them. They are uneven lengths, some aren’t even coffin shaped. Some curve up, not down. Last place I went she made them to thin, BUT THESE ARE WAY TO THICK. She was rude, and rushed through it. I just spent $70. Youd think she would at least compare each hand to the other to check for matching length. But nope, she wouldn’t let me look until after top coat was on and done. Never going there again.
