APPRAISALS & SERVICES

Calgary Jewellery offers jewellery appraisals for both new and existing items.

➡️ Reappraisals of previously appraised items (with attached Calgary Jewellery photos) are $65 per item — this applies individually to bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc.

➡️ New appraisals are priced at $125 per item.

➡️ They also provide complimentary jewellery cleaning while you wait. Simply bring your item in, and it will be cleaned on the spot at no charge.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS & ON-SITE WORKSHOP

All jewellery repairs and custom work are done on-site by two experienced goldsmiths located upstairs. Jeff, the in-house service technician, is available at the service counter to assist with any repair inquiries or concerns. Rene, the Service Manager, oversees operations and ensures top-quality customer service. The presence of skilled professionals under one roof ensures fast, reliable, and trustworthy care for your valuable items.

LOCATION & PARKING

Calgary Jewellery is conveniently located on 17th Avenue SW in Calgary. Parking is available at the rear of the building. To use the lot, simply register your vehicle with INDIGO upon arrival at the entrance. Shoppers receive one hour of free parking, making it easy to visit without worry. Entry to the store is secure with a buzzer system in place at the front door for customer access.

Had the best experience with Calgary Jewellery! My parents have been shopping here for a while now, so when my fiancé and I decided to look for engagement rings, we knew this was the place to go.

They created the most beautiful custom engagement ring, and the whole process from me trying different rings on to my fiancé ordering it was seamless. They also re-sized my ring after I was engaged and the turn around to get it done was so quick!

I can't say enough great things about Calgary Jewellery! I purchased my wedding ring from them nine years ago. I purchased a stunning Carlex ring that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, over the years, the ring became too tight, and I kept putting off getting it resized. When I finally decided to bring it in, I was informed that due to the ring's style and the fact that I needed a significant size increase, resizing wasn't possible.

Instead, they offered to remake the ring entirely. After confirming my new ring size and ensuring it would be comfortable, Carlex took my old ring and gave me a credit towards the new one. I only had to pay the difference. The process took about a month, but the wait was well worth it.

I am thrilled with my new ring and so happy to be able to wear it again. The team at Calgary Jewellery provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, making it as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Thank you, Calgary Jewellery!!
