There is no other place I will go to get my hair extensions done. I come in once a month to have my hair washed as well. Amazing customer service and amazing install! I highly recommend them!

I want to start by saying that the customer service here was amazing and the staff were very nice. I went to the store to find a wig, during an advertised 50% sale. I found out that they had marked up prices, listing $40 wigs for $180, selling now at $90. I ended up getting a vivica fox, and it is the worst wig I've ever had. The quality is garbage and I'm very disappointed

I don’t know what happened to Netsa, but I miss the way she did my hair. The others girl are good. But not as experienced. And they are over charging now.

Shirley was amazing but she is mostly retired. The women she has working in her shop do not uphold her standard. Repeatedly I was told by one that she did things her way and that was it. I can hardly believe the entitlement. Wow. It was a constant battle with her and it just made more sense to never come back.
