I started going here a few months ago, my first time was perfect. The service itself but also the staff. Kim, phim, and another I can't remember but honestly they're all so sweet!

I'm hooked now ?

There's no way the reviews of them being rude are accurate. They are nice to EVERYONE who comes in. So I call BS on those reviews.

I've also had my nails done by 3 different girls. Usually when I change salons, only one girl can do it the way I like it (ie, clean work, nice personality, gentle no pain!!) But I've experienced multiple girls here and they all were excellent, zero complaints. ♡

Amazing service and staff working. Went in with my mom and her boyfriend for the first time today. They have been coming here for years, it was my first time doing a pedicure.

Amazing time and service received.

Don’t understand why it has such a poor rating online. I thought it was absolutely worth it for the price!

Filed my nails crooket, I filed it myself. Then she told me I did a bad job. I told her if she had done it correctly in the first place without rushing, it would be adequate but she didn't. Then she painted them unevenly as well bc she's clearly not cut out for this. She got mad at the criticism. I told her to take it off if she's not going to do it properly. She got mad and did that inadequately. Said she's not going to deal with a customer like me. I left. Utterly unprofessional, reviews are true.
It's the lady that says hi to everyone as they come in, she sucks.

Got a full set (perfect)
Got a pedicure and she cut my toe .. it ended up getting really infected.. when back to talk about it with them and they had the nerve to say she didn't. So not only did she cut me my toe infected, now I'm a liar. Never again getting anything done here.. oh and to top off all the horrible customer service I was told Brandon would talk to me about the whole problem he didn't. He normally talks to me when I go in.. but he wouldn't even make eye contact. Coward..
