I went into the store for the first time this week, they have a lovely selection of casual clothing and the service was AMAZING. i would highly recommend this store.

I was in the store today and left not purchasing the earrings I wanted because of the poor customer service from a staff member with another client. The customer was making a purchase with her in store credit she had. The credit was for $120. The employee read the date and the amount out loud, which was from 2016. Her response to the client was”oh no, this is from 2016, that’s way too old” I found this to be very poor customer service! If you buy from the store, it shouldn’t matter how long the credit is for, if the customer has it, it should be valid!
Don’t shop from this store!

If you are not giving a refund mention it to people!! You only find out after you have bought it and it’s on the bottom fine print!! Deceitful and sneaky to run business this way.. since when does visa merchants have a machine that doesn’t give a refund?

Worst customer service! Three staff unpacking boxes and not one acknowledged me. I have not been back and won’t be again. I have found lovely similar stores in Calgary that I will go to and support.
