My mum and I had a massage here tonight and we both loved it. I had Ian as my massage therapist and he was AMAZING! Highly recommend!!! Will definitely come back on my next visit to Banff! :)

What an incredible experience! If you’re visiting Banff, head to the mountain and then book a massage at this place - you will not regret it! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so calming. Karen my massage therapist really listened to my needs and worked out all the tension I had. Very professional and knowledgeable. left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality massage!

I showed up with a sharp almost unbearable pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back in need of a hot stone massage. Theo did an excellent job - I left feeling so much better! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I have tried tens of massage places but this one by far is the best.

What an excellent experience for our wedding anniversary. The spa itself was beautiful and the guest services staff were friendly and inviting.
We arrived in really early and enjoyed the company of the staffs while waiting. And they served us some tea.
We then met our massage therapists at our massage time where they walked us to our private double bed room. It was beautiful and the massages were so relaxing we both managed to fall asleep. I even heard my husband snore.
We enjoyed the kidless day and are definitely looking forward to our next visit or staycation.

Had an amazing massage theraphy by Ian. He always make sure that I am comfortable during the treatment and adviced on what to do and not to do to avoid the same pain next time. Overall 5/5. Il recommend him to my colleagues and surely Il book again for my next theraphy session. The massage room is relaxing and clean as well.
