Binh's Nails Jagare Ridge

Kaylee did my nails today. She was patient, made sure that I liked the color, gave good suggestions, and really understood what I had in mind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Edit: Kaylee is not at this location anymore. On Monday I got my nails done by Flora, she is amazing at what she does. She is detailed and takes her time. Lovely experience!

Always happy with my nails! I drive past 3 other Binh’s nails locations to come here! I’ve been to so many nail techs but never had anyone so consistent with quality! You won’t be disappointed! ??

I went there for a pedicure the guy who did my pedicure wrapped it up in 15 minutes then scrub the feed properly so I called them because I felt that it wasn’t worth what I paid for the spot pedicure. There is a lady called BB that fixed it for me next day. She did a really good job so next time I go there, I will ask for her.

Went for a pedicure Dec 21 at this location. The lady who did my pedicure cut my big toe so badly it bled the whole time I was there, and it was very sore. All she said was I’m sorry and continued the pedicure. It was extremely painful for 6 days after, as I work on my feet for 12 hours it was even worse those days. I won’t ever go back to this location ever again. I’m lucky I didn’t get an infection. Terrible experience.

I hate to say it, but I had a very poor experience today. For the increased prices, I just don’t feel I got much value today. Have been a happy customer since the place opened. This is the worst pedicure I ever had. I’m trying to not be mean, but just look. My nails are barely filed/sanded down, they are not even, they are not smooth. Not cut down to the quick. I left a tiny bit of growth to work with and most of it is just… left. The surface itself is rough.

The manicure was only slightly better. My nails are jagged. If not for the paraffin wax treatment, I would barely be able to tell I came in to have the job done professionally. I skipped the eyebrow waxing I would normally get because I was dubious at how it would turn out by the end.

It’s a shame to have to say that I wouldn’t come back. It’s a luxury item for me, it was almost $130, and I’ll probably go elsewhere to get the job finished properly.
