Kareem has been looking after me for months. We tried a few different cuts and he was able to make it work with whatever I asked for. Always a good cut coming out of this place.

Went in for a little bit of grooming, self-care. As a stylus myself sometimes it’s nice to step away from your own business. Have someone else take care of you. It was a pleasure meeting, the boys over at Billy’s , great vibe and the work was exceptional. Would recommend 10/10. Place was clean friendly and the prices extremely affordable for the quality of service. Definitely got my moneys worth. I’ll be back.

I’ve had hair cuts all over Canada since I travel for work, Just had Omar cut my hair!! The guy is the best I’ve ever had! Great hair cut Omar! Will be back again and again!!

Hands down the best barbers in the city. I’ve never received more compliments on my hair than when I get a cut at Billy’s. His staff are top notch; professional, courteous and know their trade as expertly as anyone. Could not recommend more. Cheers to you Billy!

Usually go here for my own trims and beard line ups. I have had good experiences so I decided to recommend this place to my brother. Unfortunately the barber seemed a bit inexperienced and rather than inspecting his hair, halfway through the cut, he told us he couldn’t do the style we wanted due to his hair being way too thin. Seems like something that should have been checked and spoken about before cutting most of his hair off/starting the cut.
In the end we did not leave unsatisfied but a bit confused on the customer service. Had an appointment booked and was not told anything other than to sit upon walking in. 45 minutes later and we hear we are next. Just wished communication was better. I don’t even think they knew we had an appointment. Would love to come back again someday but I don’t think I’ll return for a while after this.
