I come here for my pedicures. The ladies here are always friendly and professional. I don’t like when people chat with me much when I’m getting a pedicure. I appreciate that they don’t ask me too many questions. I also like that it’s clean. Great for quick to the point pedicures if you don’t mind the aesthetic of the salon. I’ve never gotten my hands done here. Can’t say how that is. One time my toe nail polish chipped and the girls fixed it 2 days later. If there’s an issue, they are happy to fix it. 10/10 highly recommend

I came in wanting to remove my gel polish that I had at a different nail salon because it felt too thick and fake looking. Cindy helped me with my manicure and assured me she could do a fill and keep it very thin and natural. She was kind funny and very good at her job. My nails look great and I especially appreciate that she kept her word my nails looked natural and thin. I will definitely come back to see Cindy again!

I got acrylic nails done from BB Nails , and honestly, it was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. Within just one week the nails started lifting, breaking, and even damaging my natural nails. Concerned, I called them immediately and was told I could come in the same day — but due to my hectic schedule, I booked an appointment for the next week.

When I finally got there, instead of acknowledging their faulty work, they said, “It’s okay, we’ll refill it,”and do the broken nails again Then came the shocker: **they wanted to charge me $45 for this mess. I had already paid $78 the first time, and now I’m paying again? For their mistake? That’s not how you treat clients.

I didn’t argue much because I’m not the type to create a scene — I just wanted it fixed. They applied acrylic with the color I chose, but honestly, **the shape was wrong, the polish was rushed**, and she didn’t even wait for the color to dry before applying the top coat. The entire job felt sloppy and careless.

I am truly disappointed. If you're someone who values **professionalism, hygiene, and quality**, **BB Nails is not the place**. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction, reviews, or building trust

Save your time and money — go somewhere else. Go at your own risk if you still choose this place.poor management ???

I got nails done from them yesterday nune 29. This is how it look today june 30. I dont know what to say, very disappointing service. I spent 68 dollars.

I got shellac nails done 5 days ago. I called in for an appointment around 5:30 pm (they close at 7). They took me in but they completely rushed my nails, did not buffer/prep nail beds properly and all of my nails have peeled off within 5 days. The technician does not apply an even layer of shellac polish, it was thick closer to cuticles which makes it easy to peel off like a sticker. Really disappointed with the service and quality of the product. Do not recommend.
