Really good advice, helped me fix my anterior pelvic tilt and my knee traction. Supper friendly making lifting easy to get into. I went there to learn to to squat and fix my hips/knees and left with much more! I know have a better understanding of how to take care of my body. Thanks Brian!

If you have any interest in getting some good, healthy, athletic work done in a friendly environment, this is the place to go. Not the place to go if you just want to put in your time on a recumbent bike and watch Judge Judy. It's also geared towards flexibility - think open space, lots of barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, and racks. Lots of chalk available, some of the strongest lifters in the country with the powerlifting club in house, ability to drop a loaded bar without getting a 'talk' from staff, and sport-specific / met-con / crossfit training available if you're interested. Heads and shoulders above the GoodLife gym model. Oh, and not crowded and very affordable rates. Not sure what else you'd want in a gym.
