Artistic Nails

Zoe is an absolute gem! I've been seeing her for years, and she never fails to amaze me with her skill and precision. I have never left the salon unhappy when this girl does my nails. She's truly perfect at what she does. If you're looking for someone who is consistently great and pays attention to every detail, Zoe is the one to go to.

I have dealt with Kathy who owned Artistic nails for over 15- years and I have had nothing but exceptional service! I have had other nail technicians do my nails when Kathy is on holidays and I have always been very pleased as well. The quality of the service one receives is excellent as is the cleanliness! I certainly can highly recommend Artistic Nails in Southpoint shopping centre.

Tracy is amazing!! I am always so indecisive when choosing what nail design. I usually show her some photos for inspiration, and she is so great at recreating them or customizing my nails exactly to what I invision.
She is patient, and meticulous with her work. Thank you Tracy I love my nails!!

Tina is incredible! If you are looking for someone to do hand drawn nail art she is incredibly talented and as an added bonus she's a total sweetheart. 10/10, highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. The nail technician who worked on me was not only rude but also unprofessional. She continuously spoke to her coworkers in another language while glancing at me, laughing, and clearly making comments about me — which felt deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. I don't think the tech know the difference between an almond shape or round shape. She was keep telling me this is gonna look weird. This is gonna look weird and I just ended up doing a simple acrylic which did not make me happy.

It’s unacceptable for any customer to feel singled out or judged, especially in a service environment where respect and professionalism should be a given. No one should have to pay for a service only to be treated with such bias and insensitivity.

I will not be returning, and I hope the salon takes this as an opportunity to train their staff on proper customer service, workplace ethics, and the importance of creating an inclusive, respectful environment for everyone.
