Ambleside massage therapy

After three months of persistent pain under my rib, originally triggered by a chest infection and worsened by coughing, vacuuming, and yard work. I felt exhausted and unsure where to turn. I had seen a physiotherapist, but unfortunately, the pain lingered. I was hesitant about getting a massage in the affected area, unsure if it would help or make things worse.
Thankfully, I decided to book an appointment with Na Lu on the 19th June 2025 and I am so glad I did. Na is an exceptional massage therapist with a deep understanding of muscle structure and how to manage pain effectively. Her expertise and intuition guided her treatment approach, and for the first time in months, I felt real relief.
I am incredibly grateful to have Na as my therapist. Her skill, care, and professionalism have made a tremendous difference in my recovery. After three long months of discomfort, I am finally feeling so much better. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with muscular pain or tension.

Na gives amazing deep tissue massages. I have struggled with shoulder and upper back pain but her massages and tips on what to do has been great. Highly recommend.
