Had the pleasure of meeting Hailey today
She was so wonderful!! Took her time to do an amazing design and it was such a friendly environment. Comfortable seating, clean work areas. Will definitely be going back and I will be recommending Hailey:)

I use to get my nails done once a month and then I stopped just to grow out my nails and get them healthy again. I use to see Svitlana, I still think about her to this day, she is extremely friendly, she took her time and she never failed to impress me, she’s very good at what she does and I always left with a smile on my face. She was always accepting of my wild choice of colours, I got rainbow for pride, and blue, gold and white for Blue Bombers, and always loved the sparkles. I would ALWAYS get compliments on my nails from strangers almost everyday. When I do go back to getting my real nails done, I will definitely go back to her. I definitely recommend Svitlana

My husband and I went for manicures on Friday March 21st. He got one without polish and I myself received one with their Magic Polish.
My husband was cut during the service which was not acknowledged by the nail tech. His nails were also now thin and extremely sore from the incorrect& aggressive use of a dremel to remove his cuticles. My gel polish was not applied all the way to the end of my nails leaving them looking like they were old already.

We called the salon back once we left and they immediately rectified the situation.
We won’t be going back to this location due to our poor services but we were pleasantly surprised by the way management took care of this professionally.

I booked the morning of for a 1 hrs slot for my daughter to get gel nail extensions and a 30-minute slot for me to get gel manicure. Myndaughter ask for french tips, Jo tols us it woukd take15 extra minutes and she didn't have time. No problem, that's my fault for not adding to my booking, but then she finished her nails within 45 minutes. My manicure was great no issues. Unfortunately, my daughter's set last a week and a half, mine just over a week. Not sure what went wrong, this have never happened to either of us. Down the drain went $130. I will not be coming back to Almond nail
