They do a great job! They take their time and are professional in their work. My nails turn out just how I want it each time. I always go to Ivy, she does a really good job each time!

Went in with an idea and a picture of what I wanted. Leeann (spelling) did an AMAZING job giving me exactly what I wanted. Even when I was hesitant and thought the color was too bright she brought out swatches and explained how it would look on my nails. I will absolutely be coming back to get my nails done by her. I wanted something very natural and I got it! Thank you so much!

I went there for the 1st time and had a great experience. I needed nail extension refill. Kayla was very friendly, careful, professional, and shaped my nails beautifully. I will come back ?

So I have a hard time writing this review because I have gone to this place so many times and had such wonderful experiences, this time however was not the case… my friend and I booked an appointment prior to going to get our nails done, we were scheduled for a time, I arrived first just on time for our appointment and was seated to select my nail color. My friend arrived about 5 minutes after and both the nail techs were still busy with other clients. Half an hour had passed and we were seated for our appointment. It seemed like the other technician must have been new, she started filing my nails and shortly after I was waiting for the other technician to switch from myself and my friend . What I thought would be a quick fill turned into 3 hour appointment at the nail salon. Had my nails been perfect I wouldn’t have minded a longer wait time, however, my nails were not smooth, and my chrome started chipping off just a few days after, I later went to get them fixed and so did my friend. After getting mine fixed the chrome started peeling and chipping off again, I ended up having to go get a fill about 10 days after. Very unfortunate.

I had an appointment at 11:45. Booked online as Sunday is for “appointment only”. The door was locked. I called the place and saw a lady walk to the phone and not pick up. If the store is closed they should really update their hours and booking procedures. Drove all the way from Calgary for this place to remain a loyal customer.
