Very informative and caring practitioners who is very attentive to details for each individual. She goes the extra mile to ensure the client is happy and adjusts treatments accordingly… I love my eyebrows ;nicely shaped and great color.. my other treatment has also been very successful. Thank you

This was the most unprofessional, ineffective and uncomfortable laser hair removal experience in my life. I gave it three tries. Lack of respect for personal boundaries or pronouns, taking personal calls while I’m in the middle of a procedure, and my face scabbed from the laser being too high! When I expressed concerns I was completely dismissed.

Do not recommend, especially not for queer folks.

I bought a Groupon for a treatment and it ended up to be a bad decision. I was made to feel I should grovel and feel extremely grateful that I was getting the treatments highly discounted.
The technician is amazing but the manager is very condensending and has no people skills.
I have a choice where I spend my money and with the way I was treated this will NOT be the business I chose.
