We just dropped in today Jan 24, 2025 so my 86 yr old mom could get a Mani/pedi and hair cut, color done. Everyone was so great. No appointment and helped set her up asap.

Hanna did mom’s hair and she is just glowing on what she did to her. Highlights blended colors and a little trim made it so much better. She hasn’t stopped talking about her and how wonderful she was.

Linh did mom’s pedi & mani and she was so gentle and mom was just enjoying everything. She loves her light pink sparkle colors.

Thank you everyone that helped. You made my Mother’s Day/week/month the best experience ever.

I had a fantastic experience at Advance Hair & spa.The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. My stylist was attentive, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut and color is very good. The salon itself is clean, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Highly impressed

The personal working here is not qualified to do the job, also the owner only cares about the money and not you, so if you have some issue good look trying to find a solution, she is very rude and racist, she was proposing to fix something that clearly doesn't have solution, she was planning to cut more hair, there is not glue to put the hair back on.

My wife came here just to cut the ends of her hair, she had straight hair, see in the picture what they did, are they using kid scissors or what, maybe a kid will do it better, that's not straight, nor V, what is this cut, my wife was crying since they cut it a lot and they didn't do it right, and then the owner came trying to cut even more,

We asked for our money back and the owner was rejecting to refund it, what kind of business is this, I would like to see the reply, I will edit this review putting more details if is needed, please don't come here, we won't do it.

I’m posting my experience so no one else makes the same mistake as I did. I stopped at this salon for a pedicure as I’ve been here before for my nails and was satisfied.
The pedicure I had was ok and while I was here I watched two people leave with ok looking hair and I needed a trim I normally run up to chatters but decided since I was already here I would continue my services here I paid $67 including tip which is higher than my usual place and the polish has spots I can see through to my nail. But the woman was nice and did an ok job on my feet.
When I asked about a hair trim they asked how much I wanted off I said just a small trim to get some split ends, and a wash and style as I had event to go too. I posted a photo of my hair cut and the second one is before taken 2 days before this woman destroyed my hair. The woman hacked it terrible none of the layers matched up the bottom was left long the venter was cut blunt and the top was cut shorter it didn’t match and wasn’t even. She asked my style i wanted I said loose waves she proceeded to blow dry my hair with no heat protectant, when done blow drying she put a little oil on my ends than instead of straightening my root area just left it frizzy a be proceeded to pull and tightly curl my hair around the straightening wand. I wasn’t sure what she was doing she asked me if I liked it, I said I can’t see the back when she was done she got me the mirror I made a comment that I didn’t like how tightly curled it was she said she would brush it down. When finished I told her I really hated it and asked her to fix it when she didn’t understand what I wanted I asked if I could just fix it because I couldn’t leave to the mall with my hair such a way. She went to get someone the woman told me she was a top stylist and the best… I beg to differ today I asked to see her certificate of completion to become a stylist she failed to produce it so they have stylists that haven’t completed school working there be warned !
The owner did refund my money which they wanted $55 for the hair cut before tax and tip. I ended up going to chatters to have my hair fixed and they did fix it but after I had to have a significant amount taken off my hair due to this mess. I would never recommend this place.

I went to the salon for a shampoo and style. Before the service I asked an east Indian lady how much it would cost, she quoted me $25. I repeated the amount to her and she nodded yes! I thought great, I will get it done! Shampoo and a brief massage felt good. But after that everything went downhill! Before she started I told her I do not want any products on my hair, but first thing she does is put serum in my hair! It was too late by the time I realized what she was doing. I said to her, ohh I didn't want anything in my hair, and she said, its just to make it soft. Then she asked how I want to style, I told her to curl using round brush and blow dryer. And, instead she straighten my hair. My hair came out really straight, flat and dull! I was not pleased whatsoever! Then I go up to pay, and she gives me a bill for $47. Totally upset by this time but I paided and left but with intensions to call and complain to the manager! I did, she apologize for all the inconvenience, and she wanted to give me a refund. I was happy about that! I go back the next day, I got back $21. Basically not a refund! I ended up paying for a service that I was completely dissatisfied with!! Being a repeat customer for pedicures and usually satisfied with that service, but very disappointed for the hair service I received at this location!! Just BAD ?
