Adorable Clayton Nails

My first mani&pedi experience!
Some people recommended this place, so I decided to try. I am attending a wedding tomorrow and planning to wear a casual Kimono. They helped me to choose the right color, asked me how everything was good through the whole service and just gave me such a nice welcoming atomosphere.
I will try to come back with my daughter next time. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

I’m originally in Vancouver but come out to Clayton often and decided to try adorable nails out and girl they did not disappoint! Rachel was my nail tech and honestly I love her; the vibe in the salon is immaculate. Don’t hesitate girlie, they’ll take care of you!

This is by far my favourite place to get a manicure and a pedicure. The staff are so kind and friendly to you and will always offer you a complimentary hot water or tea. If you get a pedicure, you sit in the massage chairs, and it is very relaxing. For the manicure, you can also get one with or without a massage, but I always like to recommend a massage as it is quite relaxing. If you have a reference idea for the nails that you want, you could always show it to them and talk through what they can do to achieve the look. I definitely recommend calling or booking online as they can sometimes get very busy and are not always able to accommodate walk-ins. With that being said if you are in the area, I do recommend just stopping in and seeing whether or not they have an opening if they do not then they will surely try to book you in for a time that works. They also have a stamp card for services over $50 so that is always a plus and perk for loyal customers.

Seems to specialize in shellac nails and designs. Would not go here again for a normal manicure and pedicure as that didn’t seem to be their focus, most of the other customers were getting shellac nails so be prepared for a very strong odor (wear a mask). Staff was nice. Would have loved for the water to be warm and for cuticle oil to be offered. Made an appointment but my appointment started 45 minutes late.

Have been a few times and always had a pretty good experience. Went this past weekend and am feeling disappointed, and not feeling like this is worthy of a salon quality. I originally asked for the milk nail look, but was told they can’t do 2 colours with regular polish(separate base and colour). Ok fine, then I picked a few other colours and was either told they don’t have the colour or that it wasn’t what I wanted. Ended up choosing this colour from the samples, when the bottle arrived she showed me and it’s way brighter, and I was told the samples are faded. It was not what I wanted, and then the polish was so rushed that it looks as if I had done it myself. Even the shaping looks unprofessional. Will be looking for a different place now sadly.
