Aimee-Lee Coopers is an outstanding massage therapist! Her skills and techniques are excellent! I have been going to her clinic for several years and would not go anywhere else. I have had different issues that have required massage, deep tissue massage, acupuncture which Aimee-Lee has accessed, explained thoroughly what the issue was and have applied excellent treatment to relieve the issues. She cares so much for her clients.
The environment of the clinic is super relaxing and soothing as you receive treatment. Aimee-Lees desire is to truly ensure her clients obtain active life care and wellness! I recommend her highly!!

Aimee-Lee is an incredible RMT. I have been dealing with terrible lower back pain since February. Aimee-Lee assessed me and developed a treatment plan for me. I left after the first appointment feeling absolutely incredible. I went back for 2 more treatments and my back has felt the most normal since Christmas. I highly recommend seeing Aimee-Lee. She is professional and personable. Best RMT!

Very professional and sanitary practice. Aimee is excellent at what she does. She’s worked on different areas that I have injured throughout the years and with her vast knowledge of massage therapy, the pain has decreased to almost non existent and my range of motion to almost back to normal. I would definitely recommend Active Life Care if massage therapy is required.

Aimee-Lee is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has great communication skills, and knows how to effectively treat patients using both massage and acupuncture. The building has lots of free parking and is well-lit. She also does direct billing to insurance, which is very convenient.

I was referred to Aimee from a family member and have been going to her since. She is very kind and professional and I always leave feeling relaxed. She is prompt with her appointments and can always find a time slot that works for my schedule. Her work space is clean and inviting. Highly suggest going for a hot stone massage!
