I love this gym! Brad and Sydney are incredible trainers and really challenge you in the best ( and safest) way possible. My strength and mobility have improved significantly since I started seeing them in 2021. The environment is so supportive and welcoming and there is almost always a doggo around which makes it an 11/10 for me!

I have been doing postpartum classes with Sydney for 5 months. They are a great strength workout, much better than most postpartum classes I have enrolled in (Pilates, boot camps). My strength is better now than before pregnancy. My baby loves the classes as she gets to move and enjoys watching the mommas work.

Brad and Sydney are fantastic, knowledgeable and reliable trainers. I came into this gym post knee surgery looking for some stability on workouts and working with educated individuals who would be able to work with my physio’s directions on my limits. This was a home run!
I love the physio based workouts and I feel strong and accomplished everytime I leave.

Also, they have the best cheerleaders in the form of cute affectionate dogs that come and give you cuddles everytime you accomplish your workout ?.
