12 TRIBES MASSAGE CLINIC

Best massage clinic in Calgary! ? All their therapist are recommended but ofcourse I have my favorite - Ate Nesel!! She is the best! She will provide you an excellent service. The owners are nice too and the vibes of their clinic is very relaxing. They also have small playcorner that your kids can enjoy! ? recommended!

The best ever massage clinic here in Calgary. Come and relax enjoy

Massage was okay, but while I was in the room the therapist ketp stepping outside to talk to someone in a different language, also someone kept knocking on the door and interrupting the massage which was supposed to start at 8 and started 20 mins late. Very unprofessional.
As this was my second time here I thought it would be the same as the first time.
Will not be returning.

Be careful at this massage parlour I paid $125 for the worst massage I had in my life. She literally just kept poking me through a sheet and then it was like I was in a yoga class stretching, and then mass massaging my ears, completely wasted a hole time doing anything but massaging me. I would not recommend anybody going into this place. I spoke to the owner. She did nothing but charge me full price. She stated she would call me laternever received any calls.

Disappointed with Our Experience ?

We were really looking forward to a relaxing couple’s massage, but unfortunately, only I was accommodated while my husband was left without service. We were told that no therapists were available because their therapists had left, which was frustrating especially since our appointment had been confirmed days in advance.

Not only was this disappointing, but it also wasted my husband’s time as he had to sit and wait while I received the service that we had both booked for. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it would have been much better if we had been informed ahead of time rather than arriving and being let down.

As a frequent customer of 12 Tribes, I’ve supported this business because I love to see Filipino-owned businesses thrive. However, this experience left us feeling frustrated and unvalued. Unfortunately, after this, we won’t be booking again. I truly hope they improve their system so that future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
