I booked a massage with Adrienne because I’d been dealing with some persistent neck and shoulder tension from carry laptop in the bag on my shoulders. The studio was clean, calming, and had a really peaceful vibe from the moment I walked in. Adrienne assessed my problem areas and explained that she would use craniosacral massage therapy. Her approach was focused and thoughtful throughout the session. I could tell she’s developing a solid foundation and brings genuine care to her practice.
