Y2K is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to! The customer service is top notch and everyone is extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend going to Ravi for gels/acrylic sets- he is very talented and patient and your nails will come out perfect every time. He is amazing at doing detailed designs and they always come out even better than you can imagine. They are also great for pedicures, lashes and waxing! They do it all and do it great every time. Leanne, Michelle, Ravi, Zena, Sunny- all the staff at y2k are amazing and rest assured you will leave happy and are guaranteed to come back again and again ?

I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ravi, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Ravi's attention to detail is incredible—he took his time to ensure every nail was perfectly shaped and polished. His technique is flawless, and he has a great sense of design, offering me the perfect balance of trendy and elegant. Not only is he a true professional, but he also made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling pampered and with nails that I absolutely adore. I guess they said the third time is a charm! Omg. I made 2 prior visits to this salon and I was so very unhappy with the service, nails were crooked and kept falling off stuff like that. And the 2 different people that worked on me had a very nasty attitude. I went back the third time because of proximity, and can only tell you guys that I got the cutest nail set ever (Curly) was the person that hooked me up! And (Zanna) gave me the neatest most well shaped brows. I am very very well pleased and now for sure I’ll be revisiting, these 2 are stuck with me forever. lol. Very good job guys, very well done.

12.15- Had to come back and update this review. Ravi is awesome!!! I started with Ravi earlier this year and honestly it was the best decision I’ve ever made in a nail salon. He is sooo neat and precise. He always does a phenomenal job with my nails, and I must admit I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails and hair. If Ravi isn’t at work my nails aren’t getting done ?. Thanks for my latest set (red glass nails), love it ❤️.

Susan was very pleasant, happy, and gentle with my mom's mani pedi. Ken was awesome to converse with, a pleasure, gentle with the shellac services I had done. Mom had some waxing done also, prices are on point and the quality of work is top knotch! Very satisfied, well done, Thank you Y2K Nails!

I didn’t book an appointment maybe that where my issues started, I also dont do my nails often so I’m not to familiar with how things should go. I stopped by and asked if they had time to do a my nails in shellac,

I asked for round, she started off round and somewhere along the way they became square. I had long nails and she ended up cutting so much of my length off. Two of my nails in particular are much shorter.

They switched technicians halfway through.
The polish quality is fine a few bubbles on some of the nails.
The polish I chose was basically out but they proceeded to paint my nails anyway with what was left in the bottle then without consulting me picked another colour quite a bit darker and just presented it to me - I had to ask for a light one,
I was rushed off.

I wish I hadn’t stopped in. Was not happy with the experience overall, felt like I was just a huge inconvenience for stopping in, which honestly if they had said sorry we can’t take you I would have been fine I was just out and about and thought it’s be nice to get my nails done, wishing I had kept on with my day.
