This space is absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming. With so many amazing options for healing between multiple practitioners and classes. It’s my new favourite community. I have had 3 harmonic egg sessions and each time something shifts for the better. It’s almost surreal how fast it works. It’s the most relaxing experience. I highly recommend booking an egg session & looking into the other classes.

I had the most beautiful Harmonic Egg Session with Ashley! She is compassionate and understanding. The Egg Session was very relaxing and the break I needed from the stimulus of my every day life. I look forward to returning for more healing at this beautiful space. Highly recommend!

I've been going to within since November 2024. Completed the sexual abuse healing program in the harmonic egg. Seems someone wanted me to have a happy birthday and Ashley was surprised to hear that was sung to me before my session started. I thought it was her but she said no and was completely surprised. I've also attended some events involving sound bath and done a Himalayan salt room session. Their products I've also purchased. I highly recommend checking out within. Thank you Ashley and Sandra.

Divine Wellness Within is a magical space. I have attended two sound bowl sessions and several harmonic egg sessions. Ashley and her beautiful assistant are welcoming, loving and healing! I promise you will love your time.

I am so grateful that Ashley opened this incredible space. Not only is there a Harmonic Egg, which you’ve got to try, there is an event space they have been able to rent for Breathwork classes and events. The space is thoughtfully designed and has such clean and loving energy. Definitely recommend checking it out and Ashley is very easy to connect and work with
