what a nice location. Went in here today absolutely loved it. Nice, clean and tidy. Wasn't too busy either in the morning. Such a great selection of items. By far the best winners in Calgary so far.

Big, clean store with great brands!

what a nice organized store, I was trying on some clothes in the fitting room and the employee aya was so helpful and sweet giving us nice comments from the moment we entered until we left. Definitely doing a good job

I am sad to be writing this review. This is actually one of my go to stores and I shop here all the time. I have nothing against the brand and merchandise there because it’s great stuff.

However, one of the store employees today behaved so damn rudely. She was a young girl, possibly of middle eastern descent or Lebanese (and this is just for identification purposes coz she had no name tag) and had a dark blue hijab. So, the scenario was I had to return some merchandise and buy some new items. So, we asked her to process the return transaction first so we can use store credit and then pay. She stated she cannot do it that way. I requested her to use a different till if she has already scanned and billed at this one since all tills were vacant. Since I insisted, she said if you had said it like that, I would have done it. That statement alone was full of ego and her body language and tone was so negative. She was clearly bent on giving us a hard time for no apparent reason. I sensed racism and even my 10 yr child felt uncomfortable with her behaviour. I finally asked her to call somebody else for assisting us with the transaction since we did not want to deal with her rude behaviour. She started back answering and arguing saying “oh really! I am rude?! “ At this point, the other sales rep lady who was much nicer and was all smiles, completed the return first as we requested and then scanned our new purchase and transaction went smoothly like it should have.

I do not understand why some people have a chip on their shoulder and ruin it for others. And my sincere advice to this young lady - If you're going to be smug-faced, rude, and belligerent, maybe customer service isn’t the job for you. Customer service is about pleasant experiences for those that are bringing business to the brand or store which is the reason you r getting paid.

I mean it does not cost anything to be nice ! You ruined our entire evening and even my child kept discussing the nasty experience on d way back home.

WINNERS ! Pls do better and filter the qualities for customer service when you hire. There is enough negativity in the world as it is. We do not need or deserve any of this!
