After posting my original review, I received a kind follow-up call from the manager (or staff member) to clarify a few things. They explained that the herbal compresses in the display case were actually older stock, and they didn’t want to use them on clients—something I definitely appreciate now knowing! They also let me know that on the day of my appointment, they weren’t sure when the new stock would arrive, which is why it wasn’t offered at the time.

To make it right, they generously offered to rebook me for a complimentary herbal massage and even include the promo that I had originally missed. I truly appreciate the follow-up and the gesture—it definitely left me with a better impression. I’ll be booking that appointment when the herbal compresses are back in stock!

I’ve visited this spa a couple of times now and have to say—Doreen is absolutely amazing. I deal with chronic pain, and she is incredibly skilled at working through all the tension and knots. Her massages are both therapeutic and relaxing, and I genuinely feel better every time I leave. She’s the main reason I keep coming back!

That said, I’ve had a couple of experiences that were a little disappointing. The first time I visited (a surprise gift from my husband), I asked last minute if I could add the herbal ball, but was told it wasn’t available. Understandable since it was last minute. The man who helped me—I believe his name was Tiger—was friendly and helpful.

This time, I asked in advance about the herbal ball when booking my two-hour session, and was told they didn’t have any in stock. But when I arrived, I saw them in the display case—which was confusing and a little frustrating since it was less than 24 hours after I’d asked.

Also, I noticed they were offering a May promo of a complimentary head massage with a one-hour booking, but I wasn’t eligible because I had booked a two-hour massage. It felt a bit backwards—like longer appointments should be eligible too.

Overall, I love the spa’s vibe and Doreen is a true gem, but these inconsistencies did leave me feeling a little let down, especially after sharing the story with my husband who originally surprised me with the visit. Hoping communication improves, because the quality of the massage itself is excellent.

It’s really a great experience to take my thai massage certification from Chang thai massage training

I found then in Google because im desperate to have a massage thay day, at first im confused to where it was but its on the 2nd floor, you just have to call or buzz them to enter the building when you go upstairs its the first room on the right. I had a good experience for deep massage and went back after two months to try their cupping massage. Its good i usually do hard pressures so i feel relived after
