Lisa was lovely and did an excellent job on my nails! She was very sweet & did everything I wanted when it came to length and polish. She went above and beyond and I am very happy with how they turned out! The salon is very inviting & clean! I am from out of town and will definetly be back when I am back in town! I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. I held off on writing this to give some time to really think on posting and give time to cool down. I’m so completely sad about my nails especially seeing every one pictures so beautiful on here it has been a week since I got them done and I am more and more disappointed. Looking at first initially I felt it was decent but it been a while since I had nails done. I came in with my cousin and hers was just as bad while she seriously sliced her finger that it has to be bandaged and medical ointment put on and she cut mine from the rushing . I do believe I should have spoken up more that is definitely on my end but my cut was just small and like a scrape. Until I learned that the extreme hot feeling I felt as well is from the nail drill to high and rushing
Here are the issues I had
I had to take acrylic off my fingers and my nails were stuck to my skin
The acrylic is thick and stubby, and uneven through the lengths. Some nails are literally look not nail and curving
Widening at the top make it look flat

Now I was excited at first as my price was decent provided a 20 percent and had a full new set I paid 58 dollar I gave a tip
However, my cousin who had a fill and two nails replaced asked for chrome power. However one layer was placed in it and she was charged 98 dollars which is absolutely insane as it was a 40.00 difference which chrome was almost see through. Which is outrageous as I got a design even and a full color. I did receive a call from the nail salon after my cousin put a review on a different platform to fix it but I feel that if I was to return I would have not felt comfortable as two people were cut. And rushed. As well it a distance drive for me . I believe this salon has potential if you are just a single person going in but one person switching back and forth to two people rushing will not do it. I hope this is a learning lesson. And I will deal with what I have now till my fill and I will figure out where to go or who to do it.
