I have been going to Vivid Hair Design for the last few years and absolutely love it. I was initially going to the Capitol Hill location, but moved over to the 14th Ave location when they transitioned their full team there. Either way, the same welcoming and stylish brand has been upheld by staff and design. I love the conversion of the house into the studio… It’s incredibly bright, airy, and relaxing. I also appreciate the wide selection of hair and skin care products, as well as the little touches like beverages and snacks available.

I have specifically been seeing Fedora, who has been incredible. She’s very insightful with the way she has helped me to evolve my hair to work with my natural palette, face shape, and hair texture. She tracks what we do in each session so we can assess direction for subsequent visits depending upon season and mood. Fedora is also just incredible nice to be around. She’s very intuitive and perceptive, so if I’m feeling particularly cheery and energetic we’ll dive in to great conversation with lots of laughs. If I’m feeling tired.. she’s wonderful at making the appointment feeling rejuvenating with more quiet, spa-like moments. She has perfect range through all the seasons of life :)

Really like Fedora's work as a hair stylist. She knows hair styles! She ensures that not just the main cut, but each detail of it is done well, creating cuts that look good, are sleek, have good lines, and are styled well. Had my hair a few times with her, and I'm happy with each one.

I have been going to Fadora for haircuts and styling for nearly 10 yrs. She is very skillful and has always given me a cut I am really happy with. I have fine and thin hair. Her knowledge and expertise have always ensured a great hair cut, giving my hair volume and styles I feel really good in. I highly recommend her!
