Viva Massage and Wellness is an Oasis that anyone who is looking to relax should experience. I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Javier was so professional and educated me on all the services. This was very helpful because I was able to choose the massage suited for me. I also had the best experience ever with my Massage therapist Rachel, she was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to go in and make their appointments ASAP. The online booking worked flawlessly even though I had to change my appointment a number of times. The office staff were prepared for me and handled everything, including direct billing. The treatment room was very comfortable and appealing. Isabella is a talented and very professional massage therapist. She knew my intake materials, and asked me all the right questions to understand my exact needs. The therapy itself was one of the most impactful sessions I have ever received.

The staff were very nice and friendly, and my massage therapist was a kind and pleasant person. However, I booked a deep tissue massage, and unfortunately, it did not feel like one. The pressure was quite light—less than what I’d expect even from a relaxation massage. When I was asked about the pressure, I mentioned I was okay with more, but it didn’t really change. While I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, I don’t think I’ll return, as the massage didn’t meet my expectations for a deep tissue treatment.

I was only there for 10 minutes, I was having a bad day/week, and I started crying while having a massage and asked the lady to leave the room. I then didn’t feel comfortable to stay and they still charged $106. Me and my hubby loved to spend our valentines together here but it won’t be happening again. The receptionist needs to be more understanding when you call as well. I really enjoyed this place but we will be looking for another massage place. And the lady who massaged me wasn’t being to understanding herself, seemed very rude this time.
