Such a great experience. Jen was so thorough in her ex explanation of tattoo, pigment and removal. It was a full on education. And the pain was minimal – more annoying than anything – thanks to her fantastic pre-treatment technique. Highly recommend.

I see both Pete & Jen for removing a tatt + microblading (eyebrows) & they are both incredible.

From the first consult, I was given great information & had the process explained well with realistic expectations set.

I chose them over other places I consulted with because of the vibe too. They are truly some of the coolest humans & even though it’s a painful thing to do, I always look forward to my appointments because of that.

Plus my results are coming along nicely ◡̈

Jen is wonderful! I had a lovely consult with her, which made me feel comfortable and safe and reassured that I was in great hands.

Upon arriving at my appointment, I suddenly started having second thoughts about removing my tattoo, wondering if it might actually be salvageable through cover-up art. Jen was so understanding and helpful, and brought in an artist who looked at the piece and had some great ideas.

Even though I didn’t get lasered, I left that place feeling so stoked and excited and grateful that she held my hand through that process! If I, or anyone I know ever needs to get laser removal, I wouldn’t think of anyone else! Thanks Jen! and thanks Urge studios!
