I booked online short notice for an hour massage they got me they got me in the same day and billed my insurance.

Massage quality was excellent, the therapist Erin was polite and very knowledgeable and offered advice to help with my health and exercise goals in regards to stretches I can do to help the muscles.

I’ve always been a bit anxious when it comes to massage, having had a few off putting experiences previously. But the moment I walked into Turtle Island I was greeted by the lovely owner Julie, who put all my anxieties at ease and walked me through the experience with a gentle but skilled hand. She has such a calming way about her, knowing when to keep the conversation going and when to taper off, she had the perfect pressure and has made a massage convert out of me. I will now be making sure I carve time out to visit at least once a month! Thank you Julie! This was the perfect “welcome” to massage! ;)

I called twice during open hours, no answer. Voicemail said to leave a message or book online(the online option shows an error message) . She finally called me back and I couldn’t even finish my sentence and she hung up. Weird.
