Stumbled across this little gem of a store while I was hunting for Jade jewelry for a Christmas present. They were able to accommodate well within my budget and created the most beautiful custom jewelry for me I’ve ever purchased. The owners are lovely, kind and skilled at their craft. Extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience. Will be returning for all future needs. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Five stars are not enough. Ten are needed. My son went to this jewelry store every week to look at the stones, and the owner was so kind that she gave him a gift. Then my son went to the library at once and borrowed a book about stones. Thank you for your kindness.

came into this lovely shop on a gorgeous sunny day to take a look. i’m so happy that i did! the talented jeweller, Jamie, was incredibly helpful and told me all about the stones used in the jewellery. there’s an amazing selection of gemstones, silver, gold, bronze, you name it. thank you Jamie for the lovely experience and the beautiful jewellery!

Wow, how in hell does this business stay open?
I've stopped there 3x during business hours in the last 3 weeks, the Open sign is lit up, but there's a written note on the door, back at 1:00, it's past 1pm.
That's the first visit, 2nd visit, back at 2pm, third and last visit today, arrived at 1:40, shop is lit up, sign on for being Open and another note on the door, 'back at 1pm' its 1:40 and no one there again!. Frustrating.
Another lady came there as well to pick something up. She said she's called a few times, and this is her 4th visit and no one at the shop. Same issue. We both left annoyed. I'll go elsewhere as the way they operate is concerning. How does this shop stay in business?
How did anyone ever give them 5 stars when they're never there? Smh.

I will respond to ypur commenrs, I am not a fake profile, and I don't post fake reviews, I post legitimate info on businesses I like or that have shown issues to help other customers.
I was going to be a customer as someone suggested I check your shop but I can't imagine they were actually there, since you are not. I actually stopped to check for jewelery repairs to a few items and to possibly purchase.
If your license requires two people, why would one of you not be in the shop while the other is gone, why lock the shop with a sign that you will be back and then not come back when stated?
Perhaps check your business practices to improve.
Post/update your hours on Google and the shop door or phone and actually hire a 2nd person to attend customers. My review is to let others know that you don't adhere to your timed openings and they will waste a trip coming there...in my case, it was three trips. I'm not being unkind or dishonest.
I hope you work on your business hours and stop losing potential customers over it.
