Absolutely love this gym! The workout schedules are perfectly balanced with a mix of strength and endurance training, all in a controlled environment that keeps the risk of injury low. Coach Brien is fantastic — he takes the time to explain each movement and ensures we’re doing every exercise with the right posture and technique. I’m feeling stronger, more motivated, and look forward to every session. Highly recommend to anyone serious about fitness and doing it the right way!

Absolutely love all three coaches – they’re amazing!
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, they take the time to train you properly and make sure you feel confident. The support and motivation they provide are top-notch. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey! ?

I've been coming to TrainMeFit since the beginning of 2025 and I love it here.

It is a great gym with a knowledgeable and motivating staff and welcoming community of members. Lots of encouragement from all sides without feeling like you're being put on the spot. All workouts can be modified to suit your level of fitness so it really is a great space for every body and everybody.

I have been training here for almost a year, getting into train me fit is probably the best decision I made in a very long time. I love the vibe, the encouragement from all the coaches and peers as well as the feedback. They accommodate to all levels of fitness while keeping the workouts challenging. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a transformative experience in their fitness life.

The culture, knowledge, motivation and encouragement that Brennan and his team deliver makes working out a good time. I've been doing their Women's Weight Training sessions for a while now and am being challenged, while enjoying myself. This gym offers a myriad of options making it easy to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. Highly recommend checking them out.
