I saw Judith today and she was amazing! She is very kind, knowledgeable about muscles and pain management which i really appreciate! You can tell she loves what she does.

Every time i have a massage here, i leave feeling so relaxed and less sore. The renovations are gorgeous too. The clinic is always super accommodating if i have to cancel last minute due to work scheduling conflicts which i am appreciative of as well. They direct bill your insurance company too.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I called and the operator asked me to hold “for a moment” — I ended up waiting for nearly 15 minutes with no follow-up. When the operator finally returned and I mentioned the wait time instead of an apology, I was told to “just book somewhere else” because they’re too busy. Absolutely no sense of courtesy or professionalism. If this is how they treat people from the first point of contact, I can’t imagine what the actual service would be like. Extremely disappointing and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
