This is my third time going and unfortunately the experience wasn't as great as I remember. While they do have a number of colors to choose from, the manicure itself felt rushed. They didn't clean under the nail or file after the polish was put on to smooth out any over done shellac and they did a fast job of cleaning the cuticles. My nails don't look as tidy as I would have expected. Again, it just felt extremely rushed.

We went here one time before and were super impressed. It was relaxing. They did an amazing job the first time (walk-in)

This time it felt like they were so rushed. They didn’t even try to make conversation. Didn’t listen to my request. They were very aggressive with my husbands ingrown toenail ( I understand the need for pain to get it out but he she didn’t even give him a chance to catch his breath) they didn’t scrape the dead skin off my feet. And then they left us sitting there to go do nails. My husband finally got up and started moving around and that’s when she finally came back over. Overall really disappointed in our second experience there. (Had appointments booked this time)

Not happy in The slightest. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I went there. It was a total waste of my money. Very expensive, not relaxing whatsoever. The polish was terrible. It wasn’t done right at all. It looked very tacky and three times the lady was rushing so she clipped me too close - very painful!!!!. I felt like I was bleeding. It was definitely not at all pleasant I even asked her, Are you in a hurry? Should I just leave and she said no I’ll take good care of you. Well, she certainly did not. Go to Bebe nails instead and thank me later. At least they know how to run a professional salon and give proper service. If I could leave zero stars i would.

Went for pedicure and new set. Lady doing nails rushed (I had appt), felt like they were laughing/making fun of me in their language. No small talk. I asked for coral color for pedicure, they picked out orange - when I send wanted softer color, refused to change color. I just moved to NW, and will happily drive across the city to my old nail place and will NEVER return to this place. Oh-and price they quoted was different than what they charged. Not impressed!!
