Amazing experience for first time shop in Tiffany stores. Who service us for our first visit here is NING. She is very patient to explain everything about diamonds, like teach someone who is zero experience. But she never lose her professional and observant, even we did not buy any thing for the first time on May. After we decided the date and then we go again by June, we found our gorgeous Engagement /Wedding rings and prefect size. Also the other man help us to do that, sorry about I forgot his name?? their service is really good, and professional. Highly recommended this store for Tiffany & Co. for someone who need prefect jewelries ❤️❤️❤️we love it so much. Thanks for everything. ??And I found my special perfume here as well? ? if anything we need, definitely come back here again.

Overall a great experience. We went to the store to try on and buy bracelets for our 10-year anniversary as best friends. The man helping was kind and friendly, he was very helpful. One bracelet was available in store, but the other one was not. Since, we live quite far from the store, we opted for the second bracelet to be delivered to our home.
Delivery was a nightmare, Fedex is the worst delivery. It’s been delayed several times, it proved to be difficult to retrieve the package from them. Tiffany, don’t use fedex anymore.

The customer service at this location is a joke!
In December I walked in to purchase this chain for my wife, once she had opened her gift she realized the chain was too short for her neck.
On Jan 3rd we stopped it to pay an added fee to lengthen the chain(perfect) The gentleman that helped us was nice and mentioned that she could take home her original box as they would provide a new one once the chain arrived back from the lengthening,(That would make sense as this is a tiny chain) He assured us that we would get a call as soon as it arrived.
Fast forward to today, I needed to call them because I never heard back and of course the chain is sitting there, I head in to pick it up, sign for it and head home in this silly pouch!
Why wouldn’t you put it in a box as mentioned ?
Now here we are at home spending an hour untangling this chain!
I might as well have just bought jewelry from Walmart!
A chain this small and it’s handed back in a sack?
Unacceptable! You pay a premium for something and it’s handed back to you in a pouch only for it to get tangled!
Very unprofessional! We won’t be buying another item from Tiffany! Thanks for the wasted time!
